1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Veterans for Veterans Media Group, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern access to and use of Vets4VetsInfo.com, related websites, digital products, the Veteran Learning Center, the Veterans for Veterans Community, Prepare to Compete media, newsletters, webinars, events, forms, accounts, and other services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Services, creating an account, clicking to accept, purchasing, subscribing, downloading, or using a digital product or membership, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Company Identity and Separate Organizations
The Services are operated by Veterans for Veterans Media Group, LLC. The Company is a separate legal entity from Veterans for Veterans, LLC and any other company or professional service provider. A link or referral to another organization does not make that organization part of the Company or subject to these Terms.

The Company is not the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs ("VA"), is not endorsed by VA, and does not operate VA.gov.

3. Educational Information Only; No Claims Representation
The Services provide general education, media, digital resources, and community features. They do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, fiduciary, or individualized VA claims advice.

The Company does not prepare, present, prosecute, file, submit, develop, or represent users in VA benefit claims or appeals through the Services. The Company does not review medical records or claim evidence for the purpose of preparing or prosecuting a claim. Nothing in the Services creates an attorney-client, clinician-patient, fiduciary, representative, or professional-adviser relationship.

For assistance preparing, filing, presenting, prosecuting, or appealing a VA benefit claim, use VA.gov or consult a VA-accredited Veterans Service Organization representative, attorney, or claims agent.

Benefit programs, laws, policies, eligibility rules, payment amounts, and official procedures can change. Verify time-sensitive information with official sources. No benefit, disability rating, approval, payment, consulting result, business result, real estate result, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

4. Eligibility and Electronic Transactions
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to create an account, purchase, subscribe, or participate in paid community features. By using an electronic checkbox, button, signature, or transaction, you consent to conduct the transaction electronically and receive related records electronically, subject to applicable law.

5. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for credentials, account activity, and devices. Do not share an account or permit unauthorized access. Notify us promptly of suspected compromise.

We may verify identity, restrict access, suspend features, or terminate accounts to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

6. Digital Products, Learning Content, and Access
Digital products may include e-books, guides, templates, videos, podcasts, courses, learning series, pay charts, recordings, downloadable files, and other resources. Unless an offer states otherwise, access provides a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use content for lawful, noncommercial purposes.

Access periods, included content, update schedules, delivery methods, and technical requirements are described in the applicable offer. We may update, reorganize, replace, or retire content, provided we comply with applicable law and any specific access commitment made at purchase.

7. Community Memberships and Recurring Billing
The Veterans for Veterans Community may be offered on a monthly, quarterly, annual, or other recurring basis. Before purchase, checkout will display the price, billing interval, included benefits, automatic-renewal terms, and cancellation method.

Unless canceled before the next renewal date, a membership automatically renews for the selected billing period and the payment method on file may be charged. You may cancel through available account controls or by contacting us. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewal and remains effective through the paid period unless the offer states otherwise or law requires a different result.

Prices and included benefits may change prospectively. We will provide notice when required. A price change does not apply retroactively to a completed billing period.

8. Payments, Refunds, and Guarantees
You agree to provide accurate purchase and billing information. We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to address pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or legal requirements.

Refund and guarantee terms displayed on the applicable sales page and checkout at the time of purchase are incorporated into these Terms. The same policy should appear consistently at each step.

When an offer expressly includes a 30-day money-back guarantee and the Company controls the transaction, submit a request to [email protected] within 30 calendar days after the initial qualifying purchase. Unless the offer states otherwise, the guarantee applies to the initial purchase and not later renewals. We may request information reasonably necessary to locate and verify the transaction.

If an offer does not display a refund or guarantee, purchases are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. App-store purchases may be subject to Apple or Google refund procedures.

9. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content, including text, video, audio, podcasts, graphics, designs, logos, trademarks, course materials, downloads, and software, are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by law. Except for the limited license expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, scrape, create derivative works from, remove rights notices from, or use content to train or develop a competing commercial product without written permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to violate law; infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; impersonate another person; submit false or misleading information; harass, threaten, discriminate, exploit, or defraud; upload malware; bypass security; scrape or automate access without permission; interfere with operation; collect another person's information; send spam; or use the Services for unauthorized claims representation or deceptive benefit-related marketing.

Do not post Social Security numbers, VA file numbers, medical records, claim documents, payment credentials, or another person's confidential information in public or community areas.

11. User Content and Community Standards
If you submit posts, comments, messages, images, videos, testimonials, feedback, or other content ("User Content"), you retain ownership but grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt the content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, secure, and promote the Services, subject to privacy settings, applicable law, and any separate release.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. We may moderate, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose User Content to enforce these Terms, protect safety, respond to valid reports, or comply with law. We are not obligated to pre-screen all content.

12. Reporting Prohibited or Unlawful Content
Report content that violates these Terms to [email protected]. Include enough information to locate the content and explain the concern. Do not send unlawful intimate content as an attachment unless specifically instructed through a secure process. Where applicable law requires a notice-and-removal process, the Company will maintain and follow that process.

13. Testimonials, Reviews, and Results
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees. We do not represent that a testimonial reflects the typical experience unless we have a reasonable basis to do so. Material relationships between the Company and an endorser will be disclosed as required.

14. Third-Party Platforms, Links, and Services
The Services may use or link to VA.gov, website and learning platforms, Zoho services, YouTube, podcast applications, social media, payment processors, booking tools, webinar platforms, community tools, and other external services. Third-party terms and privacy policies govern their services. We do not control or guarantee third-party content, availability, security, or practices.

15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains information practices and is incorporated into these Terms. Do not use the Services if you do not agree with the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes, Suspension, and Availability
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where a paid commitment is materially affected, we will act in accordance with the applicable offer and law.

17. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, OR OPPORTUNITY; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON EDUCATIONAL CONTENT OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR (B) $100. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, User Content, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

20. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may cancel recurring membership as described above. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal requirement. Provisions intended to survive termination will survive, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Nevada law and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to non-waivable consumer rights, state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If a change materially affects an existing paid Service, we will provide notice when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

23. General Provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transaction. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and transaction-specific terms form the entire agreement concerning the Services.
